We accept most major insurance. Vsp, Blue cross blue shield, Eye Med, United Healthcare, Medicare with a medical diagnosis for exam. We do not file Medicare for glasses. We do not accept Medicaid. Please call our office to set up an appointment.
We have a new optometrist in our office. His name is Mike Rothschild. Please call to schedule an appointment. We would love to hear from you.
