Job Posting: Administrative Assistant for Advantaged Assets

Location: In-Office (9 AM – 12 PM) | Mobile Office (12 PM – 5 PM)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday
Compensation: $20 – $35 per hour, depending on experience and licensing.

We are a well-established insurance and retirement planning firm serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. We're seeking a positive, energetic, and highly organized Administrative Assistant who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Manage the agent’s calendar and schedule appointments
• Process applications for Life Insurance, Long-Term Care, investment products, and more
• Track pending applications and coordinate follow-ups with underwriting and clients
• Maintain and update client data in internal systems
• Prepare and distribute weekly case status reports
• Keep a well-stocked inventory of forms and applications
• Perform general administrative and executive support duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Professional demeanor, ethical character, and polished appearance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
• Neat and legible penmanship
• Proficient in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Life/Health Insurance License required
• Series 6 or 7 Investment License preferred
• Background in insurance or financial services highly desirable
Schedule & Flexibility:
• In-office and Mobile office (remote availability required): 20-30 hours per week.
• Monday through Thursday normal work schedule.
