People do business with people they know, like and trust; but they refer people to whom they mutually trust, respect, and benefit each other in some way. Rockefeller said, "I would rather earn 1% of a 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts." The purpose of this referral group is to multiply each Member's earning capacity through qualified referrals from fellow Member/Traders. Like the skydiving group above, it takes mutual trust to make a referral network to work.
