2. Short Workouts: If you're pressed for time, opt for shorter but intense workouts.

3. Break It Up: You don't need to work out for a full hour at once. Try breaking up your workout into smaller chunks throughout the day, such as 10-minute sessions in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

4. Use Your Environment: You can do many effective exercises at home without needing special equipment. Push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, or using household items (like water bottles as weights) are great options.

5. Prioritize: Treat your workout like any other important appointment. Block time in your calendar, and be intentional about not letting other tasks interfere with it.
