It is our mission to create interiors that communicate the special flavor of each region to every guest. We feel that designing a project in budget from the conceptual phase is paramount to a projects success. We have established a process that includes compiling competitive bids from qualified vendors early in the design phase of a project. Our purchasing department operates under an open book policy. We collect and share product bids reflecting manufacturer’s pricing with owners. Together we determine the best vendors for each product taking into account price, lead time, performance of the vendor and proximity to the project site. Owners then purchase directly from the vendors at manufacturer’s cost. Studio R does not receive any compensation from the vendors. This method insures that the most appropriate product is selected for each project and that each project’s special features- the project’s design integrity- is held intact. We pride ourselves in utilizing our resources to create highly designed spaces within the project’s established budget. We are confident our process leads to successful projects.
