Measuring a house for an addition

I enjoy doing these residential porch addition projects. They really add a lot of life to the home. This particular project added a 820sfqt porch to the pack of the house with a very functional, highly used, outdoor kitchen. There is bar seating, a room for an outdoor dining table and a seating area around the new fire place. A feature I like here is the new porch roof ties into the existing roof. I like this one alot.
