The goal is to provide a team atmosphere, where anyone and everyone can join, no matter the skill level. We welcome everyone. Whether you want to learn how to swim, or compete in a competition (swimming, triathlon, swim-a-thon, whatever it may be!), or just leisurely swim to stay in good shape...we welcome ALL!

If you are afraid of the deep waters, that is OK! You are more than welcome to stick to the more shallow end. We have room for everyone and all abilities!!

Coach Olivia loooooves feedback. She is literally the best at adapting workouts for YOU. Fun facts... She often gives options in her workouts. A-B-C options! And if you aren't feeling those, she'll ad hoc create something for you. :) Communication is the key to life! Just talk to her about what you're feeling.
