The HIVE Recovery Hub

Thank you to Mason from Lafayette Urban Ministry (LUM) for stopping by The HIVE and sharing information about the many resources available through LUM!

LUM provides a wide range of services to support individuals and families in our community, including emergency shelter, food assistance, financial assistance, after-school and youth programs, and support for those experiencing homelessness.

Mason also shared information about LUM’s partnership with Christina and Company Education Center, which offers free haircuts and beard trims for community members on the first Tuesday of the month. Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis and help individuals look and feel their best at no cost.

We have a full month of recovery support, connection, and fun planned, including Recovery Dharma, SMART Recovery, Women’s and Men’s Groups, Multiple Pathways Circles, Writing Group, Meditation, community activities, resource spotlights, and more.

One of the most important services we offer is free one-on-one Peer Support Appointments, available Tuesday through Saturday. Whether you’re looking for recovery support, help navigating resources, someone to listen, or goal setting our Peer Support Professionals are here to help in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Stop by during Open Space hours for coffee, a meal, conversation, and community support.
