Hey Lafayette - I met someone at a Chamber event who opened my eyes to how many of our neighbors struggle to find help when they need it most. Food, shelter, jobs, mental health, DV protection - the resources exist, but finding them is hard. So our team at SilverWulfโs Computer Service built Bayou Help, a free website with an AI Chat assistant that speaks Cajun, English, Spanish, and French to help connect people with local resources and resume help. Itโs 100% free and always will be.
Weโd love your help: What resources should we add? Whatโs missing? What would make this useful for your family, your church, your school? Check it out at at it's temporary site at https://bayou.silverwulf.work/ and let us know.
We're looking to partner with a larger resource to get it more exposure, so drop any suggestions in the comments below!
