. There are all of these wonderful modalities that we have access to, that are all designed to help you along your healing journey. When you address your energy body along with your physical body, it creates the ultimate environment for healing and release. My goal is to create a space for healing where comfort, knowledge, and personalized attention combine to create an unforgettable and rejuvenating experience. I like to work with each client to assess their postural imbalances and fully understand their fascial restrictions, may that be from emotional or physical barriers. I work hard to ensure that each visit feels special and customized to your needs, whether it’s for a massage or an energy work session. Part of the energy work sessions that I offer include sound therapy. I like to incorporate the use of quarts singing bowls and other sound instruments to help move and clear energy that may be stuck in your body. This aspect of my services is optional, but I really recommend that you give it a try. Sound healing can help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, just to name a few.
