Since He’s the Creator of the family, God desires that it be strong and healthy.
However, throughout history, families have experienced conflict and brokenness. No matter how dismal the situation seems, there’s hope.
Deuteronomy 6:3-9 is God’s prescription for a strong family. First of all, we are to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and might. And secondly, we are commanded to teach His Word to our children. These two requirements are the foundation for a strong family that expresses love and devotion for one another.
