We have to heal our collective shadow in order to move more fully into the 5D. A theme coming up this week is a piece of the feminine collective shadow which centers around:
✨It is not safe to have needs
✨If I ask for help I will be disappointed
✨I have to do everything myself
✨If I need help I am a burden
✨I feel like I’m my own island
We are meant to be in commUNITY, we are meant to experience receiving (divine feminine) not just action and doing (masculine traits). Yes we need both… we need balance. But the feminine is being asked to return to a space of receiving as well as giving.

Mother’s Day, like a lot of holidays can be weird and griefy and thats ok. It is ok to feel exactly how you feel whether that is full of joy, or sadness, or conflicting emotions, it is all valid and it is all ok. You aren’t doing it wrong and you aren’t wrong for feeling the way that you feel. So much of the planetary collective pain comes from each of us putting on a mask to feel palatable for public consumption. That act not only dismantles our connection to self but dismantles our connection to others by putting up walls that limit vulnerability. So today, feel however it is that you feel. Sit with those emotions, honor them, and then let them go. Because you must feel it to heal it.
