✨ We have some exciting news! ✨

We’re proud to introduce the Community Roots Foundation, our new 501(c)(3) nonprofit branch created to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

In a time of growing uncertainty around government funding, we’re taking action to protect the stability, care, and community our clients and families rely on. The Foundation will help us build a safety net and open doors to new possibilities for the I/DD community.

We’re just getting started and would love for you to be part of this next chapter.
