Choice Health Network

Choice Health Network is upgrading our electronic health record system to continue providing high-quality care to our patients. Due to this upgrade and training required for our staff, several office locations will be temporarily closed during the following times:

Memphis: Clinic will be closed Monday-Friday, July 13-17. A team member will be available by phone to assist patients with requests.

Chattanooga: Clinic will close at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 13, and will be closed Tuesday-Thursday, July 14-16. A team member will be available by phone to assist patients with requests. The clinic will reopen Friday, July 17, with lab services and Telehealth appointments available.

Knoxville: Clinic will be closed Tuesday, July 14, but staff will be available by phone to assist patients. The clinic will follow its regular schedule on Monday, July 13, and Wednesday-Friday, July 15-17.

Jackson and Upper Cumberland: Locations will operate on normal schedule.
