Flash Flood Warning until 11:30 PM EDT for Meigs County and Rhea County, TN. Doppler radar shows thunderstorms with 1 to 3 inches of rain and 1 to 3 inches more possible, causing flash flooding. Flooding may hit small creeks, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying spots. Turn around, don’t drown; avoid flooded roads and never drive through water.

Flood Advisory until 11:00 PM EDT for Cocke and Sevier counties in east Tennessee. Flooding from excessive rainfall expected with 1 to 2 inches more rain. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, including Pittman Center, Hartford, Cosby, and Round Mountain. Avoid crossing flooded roads, use alternate routes, and turn around if water covers roadways.
