Spectrum Soccer is growing, and we’re looking for coaches and support volunteers to join us this fall in Apex!

Coaches should have soccer and coaching experience. Support volunteers help create a fun, welcoming environment for our players and assist coaches during sessions.

Come make a difference while helping youth with autism and other neurodivergent needs build confidence, friendships, and a love for the game. 💜

This unique fitness competition brings athletes and the community together for a day of fun, teamwork, and giving back—and we’re honored that 50% of the event proceeds will support Spectrum Soccer and our mission of creating inclusive soccer opportunities for youth with autism and other neurodivergent needs.

Our volunteer sign-up system is currently down while we move to a new system which means we need to go a little old-school 🙌

We’re looking for older volunteers (recommended age 15+) who want to jump in, help out, and make a real impact on the field.

🗓 Every Saturday through June 6

📍 Knightdale – Quadra Soccer
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

📍 Brier Creek – Edge Athletic Company
⏰ 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

You’ll be helping create a space where our players can grow, connect, and just have fun being kids.

🙌 Just show up and I’ll have you sign a volunteer waiver on-site!

We’re off to a great start!

As with any first session, we’re always observing, learning, and making sure every player is in the best class to succeed.

We’ve made a few adjustments to player placements and will continue to make sure everyone is in the right fit.

Our goal is simple: happy, confident players who are having fun and growing every session. ⚽

We’re moving from Wix to Square—saving a few hundred dollars a year to reinvest right back into our kids and program 💜
Heads up: our website may be down at times while we make the switch.
