This is the closest lesson I've seen to the basic parts of the Fiorentina methodology I learned years ago. It's a great example of how much science there is in the proper structure of youth activities - the first 20 mins explains it well. I'd generally characterize these together as psycho-motor skills - this lesson doesn't progress into coordination skills which is likely where the methodologies would diverge. Either way, the first 20 mins are a great watch for those wanting to understand the beginnings of athletic development.
