🧳 Participants will receive guidance on travel, documentation, and preparation—including what to bring and how to navigate international travel.

I’m honored to be presenting in Seattle at the 45th Annual Conference on The First-Year Experience, February 15–18, 2026.

My session will explore mental health in education through a global and practical lens, connecting student well-being, leadership, and resilience with insights drawn from Taiwan and China travel and cross-cultural engagement. The focus is on actionable strategies educators and institutions can apply to better support students during critical transition years.
