LCMS Post-Seminary Applied Learning and Support

PALS is a collaborative effort of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) and its districts to regularly bring together groups of LCMS seminary graduates throughout the first three years of their ministries. Through PALS, LCMS new pastors and their wives meet for worship and to discuss and learn from new ministry experiences in the company of an experienced pastor.

Facilitators, Pastor Chris and Heather Nitzel, hosted a Spring PALS Retreat at Camp Okoboji - LCMS this past May. They were blessed to have time with President Paul and Stephanie Egger.
