Since the day we opened, Craig (AKA Gary, AKA Greg) has been doing exactly that at Solstice.
Whether it’s your first visit or your first time back in years, he greets you like an old friend and already knows what you’re drinking. That’s not just skill, that’s something special.
He’s a huge part of what makes Solstice feel like Solstice.
