Duxbury - Replaced the old 6x24 porcelain tile with new 12x24 porcelain tile. Demolition is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get! Found lauan plywood as underlayment, which is NOT suitable for tile because it is an unstable, soft, and moisture-sensitive substrate that will lead to cracked grout and failed adhesive.
