ou there! SACREDspace is a place to experience and study all things healthy. We believe in a holistic approach to the study of health. Providing individuals with techniques and activities they can do in their "real world" life and situation living our students a well-rounded yoga education, bringing in teachers with an eclectic background of yoga. We believe in combining alignment techniques of the body with breath techniques for calming and balancing the mind and the belief and faith that our work feeds us and is fed by the (spirit) Divine Universal Energy, GOD, present in us all and in all things. The Studio was founded in 2008, by owner and director deZengo Moore. Currently we are meeting virtually and in some areas groups meet for healthy day adventures. Most importantly, the experts at SACREDspace are friendly, accessible, certified professionals who will help you awaken your senses, enhance your body awareness, and increase your strength and flexibility. We strive to provide excellent instruction in a variety of holistic fitness practices in a community-oriented center. We believe that choice, personal attention, accessibility and a beautiful, healing environment are essential to health and well-being. We are founded on and committed to the belief that compassion and non-violence are the indispensable components of progressive individual and social change.
