We have a one bedroom, one bathroom, upstairs apartment coming available at 610 Arch St in downtown Kingsport. Central heat and air; ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room; all appliances included: stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher; washer/dryer hookups in the bedroom.

We are currently setting up showings and taking applications on this apartment now. It rents for $875.00/mth and that includes water and garbage; one year lease and $500.00 security deposit if approved. We also pull credit and background checks.

Our 3 houses on Arch St are moving along quickly. All the framing is finished in the one level middle house and we are moving upstairs today on the two level houses.

Hoping for a July opening but we will know more at the first of May.
