Showcase Builders’ first Trade Appreciation was a huge success! 🎉
We had the pleasure of hosting 75+ of our incredible subcontractors and trades for a day filled with great food, drinks, co****le, and a little friendly gambling 😉. We are beyond grateful for our trade partners and the shared goal we all have—to execute beautiful homes. It was the perfect day to relax, connect, and simply say thank you.

A huge shoutout to Chris & Jeff with Ferguson for providing and cooking the delicious fajita meat, our very own Dillon Tindall for manning the pit, Chris with BMC for the awesome raffle gift cards, McMeekin Welding for creating our beautiful Trade of the Year plaque, and our Trade of the Year, Rendi Ornelas and his team, for building our AMAZING new craps table in under 24 hours! 👏

Thank you all again—we’re already looking forward to doing it again next year!
