The bite at LBJ is absolutly fantastic.
I'm catching a lot of 2 to 8lb fish, average 25 a day on Top Waters, Chatter Baits and Sinkos.
This bite will last all the way through December.

fished the 17th,18th and 19th at Lake Alan Henry. In 3 days of fishing we caught 83 fish, all were from 1lb to 4lbs.
My brother Danny had a 6.5 black in his boat.
The fish are set up to start schooling, they always do this during the shad spawn. There is going to be an awesome top water bite over deep water. All of our fish came out of 30/40ft of water.
I have an open day for Monday, July 29th.
The bite is a very good bite and will get better after this full moon passes.
