Meaning of stay tuned in = using a melting pot of holistic tools to get you back to your authentic self.

There are so many outside sources that influence our day to day activities and ways of thinking most of us don’t even know or recognize who we are outside of the label’s society has put on us or maybe we have put on ourselves. Not to mention the amount of programming done from media platforms and television programs. Our brains are super computers what you are around and what you choose to watch or constantly speak about influences your way of being and can even manifest into a reality. They call it a program for a reason. 😉

My entire goal and dream is to bring you back to your authentic self, trust yourself, and love yourself.

I have no intentions of using Facebook for personal use. This is to get my brand and name out here.

I am currently certified in Yoga and level 1 Reiki.

In October 2022, I will also be a licensed Sound Practitioner and in February 2023 I’ll be a licensed massage therapist.

I will be setting up events for breathing techniques, meditations, yoga classes group or personal settings.

My deepest calling is for sound baths, meditations, & breathing techniques to Influence our brainwaves that alters our consciousness into it’s highest level of being.

We are energy sound, meditation practices, & breathing techniques can heal your body mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
