Today is World Hearing Day! We often take for granted that sound will be accessible and words will be understood. Many people lose hearing based on age.....others because of dumb decisions in youth (those loud concerts). Sometimes hearing loss happens suddenly! It can be temporary or permanent. World Hearing Day is about protecting your hearing and empowering those who use assistive technology.

When you go to the gym so you wear clunky mickey-mouse headphones? Or airpods that fall out? How about something more comfortable?! These are custom molded BT headphones that block out the gym noise while giving you clear audio. A set is $280 including tax. I'd you're interested let me know!

Here are just a few of the tools used in crafting custom-molded hearing protection. The first step is to inspect your ear canals. We are looking for any damage or issues that might cause concern during the process. Secondly, we insert an otoblock to protect the eardrum. We then measure out the colorful silicone and activator, combine them and use the syringe to inject your ears. Finally, you sit for 10-15 minutes as the silicone forms to your ear and solidifies. Most people tell us that it's beautifully quiet during that time! Once we are done it takes another 24 hrs to finish up your EARS and get them to you. :)
