Let’s get these practices going gents!!! Everyone is welcome, no experience needed!! Come and try the best sport ever! Bring a water and come cleats and let’s have a grand time.

Join the Old Skool Rugby team for a high-energy, one-day rugby camp designed for all ages and all skill levels!

Our experienced coaches will teach you:

The fundamental skills: Passing, catching, and kicking.

The proper techniques for rucking and tackling (safely!).

The core values of the game: Teamwork, respect, and discipline.

It doesn't matter if you've never touched a ball or you're looking to polish your skills—this camp is built to introduce you to the fantastic world of rugby.

We will have a team social at Scores Pizza and Wings right after.

Date: October 11th at 11am

Location: Heritage Park (front entrance we will have tents pitched and a sign)
