I missed my end of year update! We're still kicking :) Had a wonderful Christmas break with the family and could not have asked for anything more. Except for maybe a little more time. The one thing there's never enough of. We are back in the shop as of Jan. 5th and are up and running. Getting ready for all the usual suspects. UIL, Science Olympiads, Field Days. We're on the downhill run of the school year. We're going to be experimenting with online stores this year. I hope to have something worked out that may help with Field Days. I'll keep you posted.

It's summer time and the kids are out of school and currently driving their parents crazy. And because we love our employees, we are going to take the entire week leading up to the 4th of July off from work. We'll be closed from Monday, June 30th - Friday, July 4th. We'll be back to work Monday morning July 7th. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

Phones and internet are down this morning due to yesterday’s high winds. Don’t know how long they’ll be down.

Hello everyone! Can you believe it's October??? Now if we could only convince the weather to agree :) As unnatural as it feels, it's time to start considering cold weather gear likes sweats and hoodies. We also want to keep an eye on staff Christmas gifts. Some things take a little more time to lock down, so keep it in mind.

Coming up on the end of the most challenging school year yet. We want to say Thank You to all of the KISD teachers, staff and administrators. You are really holding the line.
We see you and know your struggle. No child left behind has been a political punchline for years, but it's a sentiment that our educators have embraced and taken to heart. So again, we say Thank You and have a great summer.
