Post operation healing science is extremely supportive. Some of the benefits are reduced pain, inflammation, healing time, and better rest. Additionally, whether the practitioner works remotely or in the hospital, it is extremely comforting to have this type of support and contact during and after surgery.

The collective card for the week brings us higher power. This is not anything outside of us. This represents our high self or our wise mind. The part of us that just knows. That sees the big picture. I ain’t gonna lie. It is INTENSE out there right now. How can you stay in contact with your higher power. What does all of this look like from that perspective? How can you be in contact with this part of yourself a little more this week?

Todays gem is Rose Quartz. Rose quartz supports our heart chakra and encourages unconditional love. This is a very wonderful stone for Mercury Retrograde, because it increases your connection to your heart. This allows you to access more compassion for yourself and others, as you speak from your heart.

We are only a couple days away from Mercury moving into retrograde. Some of us may already be feeling it’s effects, during the shadow period over the last couple weeks. The most important thing to remember is patience, with ourselves, with others, and in general. Typically Mercury retrograde impacts communication, electronics, contracts, relationships and health.
