While my Austin friends were snapping pics under the iconic ACL flags and hanging out with rock stars, I went with a more historical vibe with a different set of flags and the OG American icons.

Stay tuned for tales from a nearby Wild West town. Think saloons, ghost tours, casinos, Wiener-dog races ?, and legendary stories from the past.

What assumptions do people make about you? I asked AI to analyze how people see me based on a few casual, no-filter pics. Age? Ethnicity? Personality? Vibe? And in various situations like in travel, business, social media, and everyday life. Not a vanity thing. Just for curiosity, awareness, business, connections… I’ll share my personal results in part 2 👀 Save this AI prompt to try later.

2025! Let’s go! Happy, healthy, peaceful new year to all of you.

I’m working on my vision board and will share it with you all soon.

Do you make a vision board? This is my first year making one.

It’s my birthday! Cheers! 🥂 Although it’s not a big milestone birthday, it’s still a big deal to me.

Since my last birthday, another good friend / fellow breast cancer survivor is no longer with us, along with many others who put up a good fight.

But also..
“Birthdays are good for you. Statistics show that the people who have the most live the longest.” – Larry Lorenzoni 😂

My article about Tenerife, Spain, has been published on Yahoo! News, MSN, Wealth of Geeks, Probe the Globe, and more than 50 other national and international publications. Yay!

I went on a press trip to Tenerife a few months ago. I had wanted to go there ever since I studied abroad in Spain. Whatever the weather was in mainland Spain—whether cold or hot—the Canary Islands always looked so tempting with moderate temperatures.

direct flights from the U.S. to Tenerife are making it easier for Americans to visit the island.

I loved the island’s diversity in terms of subclimates and activities. Tenerife offers eco-conscious tourism, and it is much more than just sunny beaches. In addition to adventurous activities like hiking an active volcano, trekking a cloud forest, and kayaking, there are wineries, whale-watching tours, and plenty of 5-star hotels with luxury amenities.

Let me know if you have any questions about Tenerife. It’s a great travel destination to add to your list. * Links to articles in comments.
