🏠 Placed and managed 15 long-term tenants in well-maintained homes across our island.
💰 $43,044,750 in closed sales in 2026.
🏛️ Had the privilege of bringing an old friend and a new friend together to buy and sell one of Old Town’s iconic buildings.
🌎 Connected 4 buyers with trusted real estate professionals in other cities to help them purchase investment properties.
📍 $21,494,199 in active listings and we’re just getting started.

But if you ask us, the numbers are only part of the story.

The moments we’ll remember are handing keys to 14 local first-time homeowners who now have the security and pride of a place to truly call their own. Hearing our lifelong friends share the excitement of buying a home for their daughter as she begins the same college journey we once took ourselves. Watching the incredible response from our community as a beloved Old Town property begins its next chapter. And walking through a beautifully upgraded home with clients who worked so hard to make their dream a reality—seeing the joy on their faces reminded us why we love what we do.
