Deep Blue Printing has been honored to help the cast and crew of Bad Monkey Season 2 with their printing needs for the past month. There have been some long days, quick turn-arounds, and last minute additions but it's been a pleasure working with the production team. We can't wait to see our hard work show up on screen once season 2 is ready to air! And fingers crossed for many seasons to follow.

🚀 NOW HIRING: Production Team Member – Large Format Printing & Sign Production 🌴

Deep Blue Printing in the Florida Keys is growing and we’re looking for a Production Team Member to join our fast-paced, creative shop!

If you enjoy hands-on work, love seeing projects come to life, and want to be part of producing boat wraps, vehicle wraps, and custom signage seen all over the Keys — this could be your spot.

No experience? We offer paid training for motivated candidates.
Experienced in sign production? Even better.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Operating large-format printers

Laminating vehicle and boat wrap prints

Trimming and finishing graphics

Weeding and masking vinyl

Producing signs and wrap panels in the shop

Preparing graphics for installation

Keeping production organized and on schedule

Working closely with our install and design teams

You’ll play a key role in turning designs into real-world projects that businesses across the Keys rely on.

💪 What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ lbs

Basic familiarity with tools and equipment

Positive attitude and team mindset

Ability to follow work orders and timelines

Bonus Points (Not Required):

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, or vinyl plotters

Knowledge of 3M, Avery, Oracal materials

Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Trello, or FlexiPrint

Previous sign shop or wrap production experience
