Congratulations to Half Shell Raw Bar’s head server Sandy Cottrell who’s been with us since 1985! Sandy took top honors at tonight’s FRLA Hospitality Stars of the Industry Celebration in Orlando FL. Accepting on her behalf is Half Shell’s leader and last years general manager of the year, Bobby Kuchinsky. Bobby K. is pictured with presenters Sheldon Suga of Hawks Cay Resort and FRLA’s Lynne Hernandez.

The farewell party for former bartender/server Stacey was a huge hit starting at the Half Shell Raw Bar with the presentation of cake, a commemorative apron & photo, then ending with a bang for dinner & drinks at Benihana. Cheers 🥂 and good luck on your next adventure! We will miss you Stacey.💕🤩

Birthdays abound in the month of September at Half Shell Raw Bar... 10, to be precise! Thanks to their wonderful parents, employees celebrating being born this month (photo with 7 people) are Shaun, Amy O., Angela, Kimberly, Jacqueline, Victoria and Miguel. Bartender Michelle in background (and in black tee, alone) had a cupcake to commemorate her belated birthday (in July) and helped the team start the 🎉.
