Finished a fun little at just north of - I rep an outdoor cabinet line called which has a ton of cool, modern options for outdoor cabinets that last for years and years. I had never had the pleasure of visiting Bluewater Bay until this project, but it’s a fun, for discerning who want a cool place to lounge under a and take in while they’re at it. I’ve had some really fun projects down here in the keys; this was no exception.

I rarely talk about my design process. These are recent for a in - is such an interesting profession, y’all. It’s the constant balancing of right brain versus left brain. When I’m in my creative space, I usually have an idea of what I want to do, but how do I make it happen? Does the design work long-term? Will it hold up against continued use? How will people actually use what I’ve specified or the space in general? In this case, I had a brief to furnish a for an hotel. The architectural style for this property was mid-century and industrial, so I had to skate the line between these two styles while also trying to bring in some costal elements (mostly color in this case) - I’ll bring more in with artwork and styling. What do you think?
