At Half Shell Raw Bar, we’re proud to partner with the City of Key West -- Government and Everglades Oysters to recycle roughly three tons of oyster shells each month. Once collected, the shells are transported to the mainland for curing and beneficial reuse, helping support our local environment one shell at a time.

Where else then at the Half Shell can you have the selection of at least six different types of Oysters always shucked to order and 100% of our Oyster Shells are recycled each week that is over 3 tons of Oyster Shell each month out of the landfills. We are still shucking since 1972 Thank You.
