Q***r Keys Inc. is seeking a passionate, strategic, and community-centered Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who is committed to advancing equity, uplifting LGBTQ+ communities, and strengthening nonprofit programs through thoughtful leadership, fundraising, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and organizational management.
- Lead fundraising efforts, grant development, and donor engagement.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, funders, and stakeholders.
- Oversee programs, operations, finances, and staff or volunteers.
- Serve as a passionate advocate for Q***r Keys' mission and values.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience leading a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong fundraising and grant-writing experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ communities is strongly preferred.
