How do you improve upon the *perfection* that is classic chicken parm? Stuff it with even MORE cheese! It might sound overly indulgent, but trust us when we say that it's juuust right.

When we want an extra-crispy coating, we almost always go for panko breadcrumbs. Here, we mix them with some Parmesan, lemon zest, and a pinch of cayenne for extra flavor.
