Studies have proven that regular massage and facials increase your physical well-being. As for the inside of you, we believe community is the cure. From our friendly and supportive team, our spa family consists of therapists and guests that have decided that they choose health. This positive community influence is also felt in our events, like Wreath-making in Winter, Candlit Yoga sessions, tasting events with Kent Downtown, and small business shopping events with live music. I am a mom of four boys, and live with my husband in Kent. I love doing lashes-that's my version of knitting/art. When I am not at the spa, you'll find me: podcast host, business coach, mentoring young women in the spa field, creating new recipes, volunteering with our homeless community, watching movies in my she-shed, and drinking tons of coffee.
