Ivy Ink Tattoo
06/07/2026
Last day tomorrow at the thunder mountain tattoo expo in Longview, WA. Come see us before we close up shop.
Tattoo pearls are ready for harvesting as soon as the ink bottle reaches its final journey.
In its natural habitat, the vessel spends its entire life in motion—carrying pigment, enduring agitation, and quietly fulfilling its purpose. Over time, as the ink is gradually depleted, the bottle begins to get noisier… signaling the end of its cycle.
This shell of a bottle has given everything it was meant to give, it leaves behind something small, resilient, and lasting.
At this stage, the pearl can be carefully extracted.
The process requires patience and a steady hand. The bottle is opened, its remaining contents cleared, and the pearl is retrieved intact—formed not by chance, but through constant movement and use. Each one is then cleaned and preserved, its surface carrying the history of every drop it helped bring to life.
The vessel is laid to rest. Its purpose complete.
Collection complete.
