ALA Student Chapter - Kent State University

TOMORROW!
You're invited to SCALA's virtual event "Student to Career Strategy" with Kim Dority. You’re investing time, energy, and tuition dollars to master critical skills and information. Are you also building your career platform as you do your assignments, listen to guest speakers, and consider participating in student activities? At the same time, how can you most effectively identify and explore your career options, both traditional and nontraditional? Join us as we discuss the actions you can take to position yourself with potential employers and job opportunities while you’re completing your program.
Please join us Wednesday, April 23, from 7-8 to hear from Kim about ways to make the most out of your graduate program to set you onto a successful future career in an information profession. This event is brought to you in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh's SCALA.
ISchool students, please join us after the event for an informational meeting about Fall 2024 SCALA officer opportunities.
