Nestled in the lush, tree-lined neighborhoods of Sammamish, WA, the homeowners had a dream to transform their aging back deck into a multi-functional outdoor living space that could stand up to the region’s damp winters and unpredictable weather. The existing deck was rotting and falling apart and wasn’t utilized.

To bring that dream to life, this project would call on four of the five expert divisions within PCF Group— Masterdecks by People Come First Construction Group , Timberline Patio Covers by People Come First Construction Group, ResCom Railing Systems by People Come First Construction Group, and ROCK Electric by People Come First Construction Group —working together to reimagine what outdoor living could be in Sammamish.
