Freedom House is a 14-bed transitional housing facility for veterans. We strive to improve the quality of life for our veterans, and we do this by providing support through intensive case management and access to community resources dedicated to enhancing self-sufficiency. Housing specialists are available 24/7 to answer the support line and provide a supportive environment to the homeless veterans staying at the shelter.

The veterans and staff at Freedom House had the honor of attending The Purple Heart Ceremony. With the help of homefront hero's, Portage County is now a purple heart county!
