Is There A Rescheduling Fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?
Most of our clients are not home.
For Safety, only our team who clean your home have access to the keys.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?
we bring our own equipment and normal supplies.
Upon request and you wish us to use your own preferred supplies we can accommodate as well.

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE CLEANING?
In order to give you the best value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to organize
extraneous clothing, household items or toys.

What If Something Breaks?
This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen.
Our team will let you know and it would be investigated in our end.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PETS?
Our team is not responsible for pets. For safety, We ask you to leave your pets secured in a room
or backyard as we clean your home.
