September 2022 MLS numbers are in....Yes, prices may have come down slightly since June due to the interest rate hikes, but still the numbers appear to be higher than September of 2021. MLS August Numbers are in....***Data shows that Housing Market is strong, but market is gradually working into a more Normalized State*** In June there was a slight downturn in buyer activity due to increased interest rates, but in August and now early September it appears there are been a rebound. End of the summer combined with Fed promising to raise interest rates in the future has led to more buyer interest.
