Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions to make your trip on the Harbor Rat fun and memorable. Can I bring alcohol on the boat? Yes, alcohol is allowed on the boat. Please NO glass bottles. Illegal substances of any kind will not be tolerated. Q: Do I need to buy a license? A fishing license is required for any person 16 years of age and older. Your license can be purchased online or at your local tackle shop. A 2 day license is available for those who need them. Q: How many people can fish on the boat? Coast guard regulations limit the number of individuals fishing to six, no matter what the age. What kinds of fish will we catch? There are 5 different species of fish, including king salmon, coho salmon, rainbow trout, brown trout and lake trout. There is a chance of catching any of these species on any given charter. Certain species are targeted based on water temperature and time of year. What if the weather is bad? Harbor Rat will fish in the rain. If weather conditions are too severe, the charter can either be re-scheduled or canceled with deposit refunded. Who will clean the fish? We will clean and bag your fish for you.
