There was a limited selection and it never seemed to be in my size or style. So, I bought a few staples from the store and tried to make do with my pre-pregnancy wardrobe. As the months progressed, my husband and I started looking for nursery furniture at a reasonable price, and we kept running in to the same problem: the items available on the local marketplace weren’t what we wanted. One day, at lunch with my dad, I was expressing how frustrated I was, “I know exactly what I want, I just can’t find it anywhere.” His response was simple: “There should be a website for that.” And, so, Maternity Traders was born.
