We provide a holistic, client-centered approach to meeting all the clients’ needs by first assessing the client and their situation, then providing and/or contacting resources for the client and their family. These may include the client’s health, financial, legal, housing, counseling and advocacy needs, then coordinating and effectively communicating with all providers involved. This service is excellent for a senior living alone, those whose family lives out of town or family is local but busy with their immediate family, work and life responsibilities.
