After eight years as a jet engine mechanic in the Marine Corp, Lars headed to college in Illinois where, in addition to getting a degree in psychology, he also became a college All-American golfer. The head golf pro at Horn Rapids in Richland called looking for an assistant pro, and the Tri-Cities became Lars' home. Prior to launching his real estate career, Lars worked as a golf pro at both Horn Rapids and Canyon Lakes in Kennewick. He also spent a number of years managing security at Hanford. In his spare time (when he's not sneaking off to play a few holes), Lars enjoys exploring the wonders of Eastern Washington with his wife Brenda and their three children.
