The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center leverages the community relationship that 3 Rivers Wraparound has forged throughout their 13 years of operation and their reputation as a premier wraparound program in Washington state. The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center draws from ohana coaching’s rich and varied experience offering training, coaching, and consultation to systems of care across the country. ohana coaching is the primary author of training materials and Laura Burger Lucas is one of our trainers.
